what is power?

Power to me is when someone can control you in some way.An example would be like your boss has power over you to be able to tell you what to do while your under his clock
and most likely if you don't do what he says there will usually be consequences.
Now another example of power would be your parents they have all the rights to tell you what to do and when to do something and if you don't do what they say there will most likely be consequences. Most people consider power as the same thing but some people consider power as a totally different thing.
